I was thinking. If someone would be using green screen backdrop. And maybe has some videobackgrounds for me. I need video background which is like theater curtains.
When i've used green screen i have edited out the green in After Effects which is an editing software. There is an plugin called Key light, that you get with the software and i managed to get pretty good effects. I had really furry puppets as well which is a real hassle to key out. So if your characters are furry be prepared to spend a while sat at the computer. hope that helps
This short piece was filmed in front of a green screen. As you can see the fur was a bit of a hassle to sort out. The lip sync is a bit out unfortunately because i recorded with a voice track and then put the same track over the top after.
Yeah, it makes me cry too, i get so angry at my computer alot of the time. and i've been working with them for a few years now. Don't let them defeat you!!! Stay strong my good fellow!!
Would anyone know if green screen came in an actual paint color? I wonder if a small sample could be used on the electronic paint color match computer in the paint department where they mix and match???
You can buy green screen paint!! Believe it or not, we have a big tub of it at work, can't quit remember the name of it or where we got it from. But i will find out and let you know tomorrow.
I do a lot of greenscreening and I find Adobe AfterEffects works better than Adobe Premiere. Premiere is kind of limited on how good you can key, but AfterEffects is so good that my Mom actually thought our lead actress was driving on the highway (we shot her in my truck on the driveway with the greenscreen in the garage and then added footage we shot of the highway later).
This clip is all greenscreen (in some cases bluescreen)
