I'll be doing two workshops at the Great Lakes Regional Festival One on my "stipple: painting technique for puppets, and anothe which will be a round robin discussiona on publicity and promotion. People are encouraged to bring examples of their own publicity materials either to share or for helpful crituque to make them more effective.

The amazing Sea Beast puppet comapny of chicago will be performing Little Red Rosie and the Dragon of Dume. this is one of the most inovative new shows i have seen in years. This show alone will be worth the price of admission to the festival!

Greetings Friends,

I am sad to say that circumstances out of the region's control have made it necessary to cancel Howe to do Puppets for June. We are glad for your excitement about puppetry and your desire to be with other puppeteers.

Please consider joining us at our autumn event. Puppet Potlatch is November 2-3-4 at Pokagon State Park, Angola, Indiana. Information will be posted here when details are announced.

Blessings go with you,
Scott Beam
