Welcome to another Illinois puppeteer. Where is Paxton? [ this from someone who has lived in Illinois for 55 years LOL.]

Yep, that's how I got hooked on puppets, too, although I never felt brave enough for marionettes. It's that kind of usage, which is so different from the way puppeteers who do shows, that convinced me to start this group for our own specialized needs.

Sorry for the delay getting back with you.  Those are made of an apoxy foam Brad Lowe poured them for me just kind of blobs that settle and get a smooth crust on them.  I would liken it to that spray on foam insulation that you buy in the can.  for around light sockets etc.  In fact I shorted myself about 3 more rocks so I'm going to try to make some tonight out of that material I'll tell you how they come out.  I think it's the same material

It's fun stuff Anne,  I've had a great time playing with it.  Brads is an industrial version of it. I believe that you can purchase the same thing though in a two part foam  I'm going to check around.  It's big for insulating and creating castings that are light for demo's etc.  If I find a good source I'll let you know.

Dear Anne,

I just got back from Mexico to find your lovely gift in the mail. Thanks so much! I am really going to enjoy getting to know "Pagoo" all over again. Fourth grade was a long time ago. You're a gem! No wonder I love Librarians.

Thanks Again,
