Nice idea. I was so bereft when the old lever valves went away that I have to say that it never occurred to me to dig around until I found one with a "real world" purpose. Nicely done, and you can shut the air off and don't have to worry about accid…

Thanks! Give him my best! Also, Gary Busk and I both need his phone number. I wrote it down when we were there, but I got something wrong. If you could pass that along, it would be great.

Have a nice visit with him. Please be sure to let him know everyone in Dallas misses him! A big hello from the guild!

I would love to visit with you when you are in the area. Please be sure to keep me posted. I just figured out how to send alerts from here, so I'll now be aware when things are happening on Puppet Hub!

Hi Joe,

How are your flowers holding up in this heat? I don't know about you but I'm wilting. At least all my shows this week are indoors, but boy the load ins are tough in this heat.

You´re welcome for sure.
I really like your last quote in your profile:
"To me, Puppets want to move. They want to tell their stories, show their talents, express feelings. It is the task of the puppeteer to find those things in each of their characters that brings them to life. It's not just what a puppet can do. It's what you make the audience think they can do. It's that spark of life that we give to a puppet that captures some ones imagination if only for a moment that is the art we create. We use puppets to bring the beauty of Dreams, Fears, Loves, Sadness and Hopes into the forefront of the imagination of the audience.

Relationship to Puppetry
Old Friend of Puppetry. OK. I've built enough to say I'm a builder again. Being away from it so long I didn't want to say that. I now I'd love if it paid enough to quit my day job. Fortunately on that front though, with the travel for work I've been able to see several shows.
What First Got Me Interested in Puppetry
Lewis Parsons, Fred Cowan, Rudy Gaytan, Jimmy Rowland, Micheal Dallas and any other puppets that didn't just hang out stuck to a wall.
My Puppetry (or Puppet) Hero
Kermit
If I Were a Puppet, I'd Be...
HogWart (Labyrinth) He's casual maybe way too but he's kewl
More About Me:
My goal is to build a suite of about 6 to 10 variety puppets for a small personal show. But just for fun and personal pleasure so I can use some of my music that I write to enhance their personalities.

Been looking across the Web for any photos of either the Fred Cowan or the Late James Rowland. Anyone have any they want to share?
