How to Make a Caricature?

A friend asked me how I make caricatures, and after some consideration, I wrote this long and rambly response, which is here:

The Rant Puppets

One of the various shows I'm working on right now is called The Rant Puppets. I've been doing it off and on for a while, having one of my puppets (typically Brian) ranting semi-hilariously and hopefully somewhat articulately about a specific topic. I'm ramping it up, and am planning on doing at least one episode per day for three weeks.
