Berwyn Avenue

I have to say, I have never been so proud and excited to be working on a show. It is thrilling to learn how to do animations, and painting techniques. And it has also been fascinating because our director has had us rehearse the whole play, just with our physical selves, and now we are transferring that emotional life into our puppets. I feel like it has made everything feel so much more alive and real.

All Ready for Pokagon

I have my registration sent in and my hotel room reserved, so all ready to attend the Potlatch in Pokagon for the first time. I am anxious to meet people from here and other new puppeteers, it sounds like a lot of fun. I will also be doing a workshop there on moving mouth puppet manipulation, so should be a full weekend. Hope to see a lot of you there!

Billy Twinkle by Ronnie Burkett

If any one out there is any where near Toronto this month don't miss Billy Twinkle Requiem For a Golden Boy at the Factory Theatre. I will be writing a full review soon. This is a great piece of puppet theatre and should not be missed. This is it's farewell run before being retired. Tuesday evening through Sunday at the Factory Theatre Toronto Ontario
