Hey Dave ,
Thanks for all the great pictures. Your family's work is absolutly classic. We are getting lots of string people here on Puppet Hub. Maybe we will influence some of these younger folks to try their hand at strings.

Absolutely beautiful puppets David, some of the best I've ever seen, really love your craftmanship. Thank you for posting the pictures of the puppets before they are finished so I can see all the joints, that's really helpful to me. Something to aspire too!
First time I've seen 'motorcycles' mentioned, thats a great combination! I have a full motorcycle licence myself but no bike :( Maybe your next marionette should be a biker?
:)

Stunning new pics David, absolutely love the scenery too!
Actually we try to get over to New England at least once as year as we have friends in Connecticut (who have a summer home in New Hampshire), we actually got engaged near Meridith so thanks for the offer, you might end up with a fellow puppetmaker on your doorstep at some point in the future! We'd love to move over permanently but will have to wait until the little one is a bit older :)

Does it get any better ? (no I didn't think so :) He's a little angel really though. I'm training up to be the best puppet maker in the world, going to start him young :P
I wonder if I can learn to sculpt puppet heads one handed... hmmm

Hey David;
Thanks for the friend request. I too found it suprising we haven't done it already. After looking back I guess I just forgot, sorry for the oversight. By the way love the latest photos you put on the "hub", thanks for sharing them. Also please let us know if you ever do a show out in the Albany NY area would love to catch a performance.

Dear David,
I was first introduced to your beautiful puppets when I spend some time with Fred Cowen, when he showed me a vidio of one of your shows. I would give my eye-teeth to be able too meet you also to see some of your work. Lots of Puppetygreetings from South Africa - Toby

Hey Guys great piece! [except for the comment about playing with toys] oh well at least he didn't call your incredibaly elegant marionettes blockheads. The clips looked great and I love your Dad's voice as the witch! The manipulation is just perfection, and the production values are to die for.

Hi, David. I apologize for not responding sooner. For the last 5 months I was too busy and unable to visit The Puppet Hub page. I saw your first message yesterday and tried to remember how to click on the links and answer.
I wish to congratulate you for the beautiful puppets and sets... You do not know, but for about one year now, I have been keeping copies of your puppet photos in my puppet ptohos folder.
I am also so pleasantly surprised that your wife is Romanian! How cool is that...
You probably heard of me on Puptcrit. Malgosia banned me for some pertinent political comment I made on her page, so i cannot write there anymore. I was actually contributing to a subject concerning government funding for arts and she did not like it. Cenzorship works... Terrible. Your wife could tell you a lot about how Romanians think about being censored. I admit, Malgosia does a nice thing putting together that site, but I have to sincerely tell you that I have no respect for her.
I am a professional puppeteer trained in Constanta, Romania. Your wife definitely knows about Constanta Puppet Theater.
It's late now and my English is not too good... Still live in Los Angeles, but not for long.
It would be nice to get to know your wife and exchange some thoughts in Romanian.
Thank you for writing.

Hope we can get together and talk. Thrilled you all are going to perform! Are you coming in ahead of the fest? Would like to have you all over to the house for supper and some front porch time
